Our mission is to equip young people and their families to live every day as disciples of Christ, growing and serving in faith and community.
Families with Young Children:
Our Families with Young Children ministry is focused on the youngest of God’s children and their families. Activities throughout the year include such things as Christmas Caroling, Valentines Fellowship, Easter Egg Hunt, Safe Trick-or-Treat, and more! We also invite families with young children to attend the 11:00 a.m. worship service on Sundays, where a special children’s message is offered each week.
Elementary Youth:
Our elementary youth group gets together for special fellowship activities such as Ice Skating, Snow Tubing, Bowling, and more. It is for any youth who is in elementary school.
Confirmation/Middle School:
The preparation for Affirmation of Baptism (Confirmation) occurs during the 6th through 8th grade years. This group meets once a week during the school year for Super Sunday, their time for learning and fellowship. They also come together for special events such as ice skating and retreats.
Senior High:
Youth who are in high school participate in the senior high youth group. This group gathers weekly during the school year for Sunday School. We use this time to discuss issues we face, and how we use our faith to deal with them. Part of the meeting is also dedicated to planning other fellowship and service events. During the year we go away on retreats, do lock-ins, movie nights and more. Each year we also put on a summer camp for our senior high youth.
